Day 1 - Arrival at Cairo International Airport

Arrival in the Land of the Pharaohs. At Cairo International airport you will be welcomed and assisted through immigration and customs by our representative, then escorted to your hotel.

Day 2 - Cairo, City Tour

Start your day with a guided tour of the Egyptian Museum where you will find artifacts of the Pharaonic era and the treasures of king Tutankhamen’s tomb. Drive to Old Cairo, where early Judaism and Christianity flourished in Egypt. Visit the Ben Ezra Synagogue and Saint Sergius Church. After a deluxe lunch at the Nile Hilton Hotel, drive to the Citadel of Saladin and visit Mohamed Ali Alabaster Mosque. Enjoy a walking tour of the largest 13th century covered oriental market, Khan El Khalili Bazaar, overnight at hotel. (B/L)

Day 3 - Cairo, Luxor (Saturdays)

After breakfast, transfer to Cairo airport for your flight to Luxor, upon arrival transfer to your luxury cruise ship for a 5 days /4 nights cruise. Accommodations aboard your cruise ship will consist of outside Jr. suite cabin with private facilities. Visit The Temple of Karnak & The Temple of Luxor Visit the West Bank including Valley of the Kings, Valley of the Queens, The Temple of Queen Hatshipsut and the Colossi of Memnon, overnight in Luxor. Day 4 - Luxor, Edfu

Early morning sailing to Edfu via Esna, overnight in Edfu. (B/L/D)

Day 5 - Edfu, Kom Ombo, Aswan

Travel by horse-drawn carriage to the Temple of Horus, considered the best-preserved ancient temple in Egypt and the second largest after the Temple of Karnak. Sail to Kom Ombo, visit Temple of Sobek and Haroeris. Sail to Aswan, overnight in Aswan. (B/L/D)

Day 6 - Aswan

Visit the Aswan High Dam, the Granite Quarries & Philae Temple view of Kitchner's Island Botanical garden and the Agha Khan Mausoleum by felucca, overnight in Aswan. (B/L/D)

Day 7 - Aswan, Abu Simbel, Aswan

Disembarkation, transfer to Aswan airport for your flight to Abu Simbel, visit the Great Temple of Ramses II, standing before four colossal statues at his feet of his wife Nefertari and daughters. After visiting this magnificent site, you will be transferred back to your hotel in Aswan, relax and enjoy the facility of your hotel. (B)

Day 8 - Aswan, Cairo

After breakfast, transfer to Aswan airport for your flight to Cairo, arrival and transfer to your hotel, balance of the day is free at your leisure. (B)

Day 9 - Cairo, Alexandria, Cairo

Early Breakfast, then travel to Alexandria by private car & guide, visit Catacombs of Kom El Shukafa, Quait Bay Fort. Stop for deluxe lunch at Balbaa Village, than proceed to the National Museum and the Alexandria Library, return back to Cairo. (B/L)

Day 10 - Cairo, Pyramids Tour

After breakfast, a scenic drive will take you to the Pyramids & Sphinx of Giza, which have stood for the last 5000 years. Complete your visit at Giza with a tour of the Solar Boat Museum. After deluxe lunch at Khan el Khalili restaurent at Mena House Hotel, continue to the ancient city of Memphis, the first capital of United Upper and Lower Egypt, then visit Sakkara, site of the Step Pyramid of Zoser.
