We strongly recommend travel insurance for cancellations and changes due to sickness or death; The insurance normally covers all the participants on the trip or sickness or death to any member of the immediate family; parents, siblings or your own children. The cancellation charges can be very expensive.

• At time of arrival at an airport or entry port in Egypt . We can assist with the visa formalities at any airport or port in Egypt .

Q. How should I bring money to Egypt to pay for my travel expenses?

A. We strongly recommend that you carry travelers cheques in US, Canadian or Euro funds. You need to exchange these funds at an official bank in Egypt , and there are many that have branches in your hotels. You will need to keep the receipt in order to exchange back any of the remaining Egyptian currency to the currency of your choice.

A. We can provide state registered and licensed local multi-lingual guides or Egyptologist on tours. If they are included on the tour this is so indicated.

Q. What trip planning is available?

A. You can plan your trip through e-mail; telephone or correspondence. The best planning is done through contacting one of our experts to discuss your needs and preferences, avoiding delays in preparation of itineraries and vouchers.

Once the trip is agreed upon, you will receive the necessary vouchers for the services contracted, along with a booklet detailing every aspect of your trip. There will be a section on general information on Egypt and the cities on your itinerary.
