The Great Pyramids are over 4500 years old, and are massive in size, with some of the blocks weighing in excess of two and a half tons each. A short walking distance from the pyramids, you will find the Great Sphinx of Gin, built in 2620 BC in the likeness of then King of Egypt Chephran (Khafre).
