What our clients say about their experience.
We're always delighted to receive and share our customers' Road to Egypt vacation experiences, as well as their impressions of Egypt.
The trip was WONDERFUL!!! I'm so VERY glad it was not cancelled.
I so enjoyed the people of Egypt! Just wonderful and friendly and so very proud and hopeful as they journey toward democracy. We wish them well!
All the temples, tombs, pyramids and museums were spectacular ... particularly since we pretty much had them all to ourselves! Climbing Mt. Sinai was an incredible experience. Funny thing ... there were more people there than anywhere else (other than the pyramids) ... but even then only about 100.
Our guides were all terrific! They took such good care of us and were so open in sharing information both of the sites as well as politics and culture. We really appreciated their friendliness and command of English.
Thank you so VERY much for all you did to coordinate this on-again-off-again trip. You and your staff did a great job with all the jockeying around that needed to take place due to the political situation.
I would encourage all your clients to continue with their plans to visit Egypt. It's definitely a trip of a lifetime!!!

So happy that I went
Working with Ahmed Amin at Road to Egypt was easy and when all was
said and done we ended up with a wonderful itinerary.
We (4 American
Women) just got back from an amazing trip to Egypt, March 5 - 19, 2011. We were all over Egypt - Cairo, Aswan, Abu Simbel, Luxor, Sharm el Sheikh, and took a Nile Cruise. We had 4 interior flights between the different cities and all flights were on time. Our guides were all terrific! They took such good care of us and were so open in sharing information both of the sites as well as politics, religion and culture. We really appreciated their friendliness and their command of the English language. The assistants at the airports and hotels were very helpful and made traveling in a foreign land simple for us. We had wonderful drivers as traffic in Cairo, Luxor and Aswan could get congested.
All the temples, tombs, pyramids and museums were spectacular ...
particularity since we pretty much had them all to ourselves! If you are climbing the Moses mountain in Sinai I would recommend taking a warm coat as the temperature was -5c at the top of the mountain.
It was the perfect time to come as so many tourists cancelled there trips and it was nice not to wait in any lines. That said it was also sad as so many people who depend on the tourist industry were just starting to see them come back and high season is almost over. Be prepared as some of the restaurants, hotels, and cruise ships were not operating due to the lack of tourists. The people were really friendly and so happy to see us. They are very proud and hopeful with all the political changes that are occurring.
I felt very safe in Egypt. I will always have fond memories of this trip and I'm so happy that I went. Thank you Road to Egypt, Ahmed Amin again for all your help making this one of the best trips I've been on.
Thanks again - It was a wonderful trip
